Hi I’m Yssabel! I am a Software Engineer and Career Coach. My life motto is “learn and make it better” Through every role or situation, I’ve utilized my passion for problem-solving to create impactful solutions not only for me, but for others around me as well. From optimizing protocols in the lab, collaborating with teammates to create new assays, to even developing new recipes for friends with dietary restrictions. Enhancing experiences is at the core of every action I take. Combining my background with my new knowledge in Software excites me to develop solutions for digital platforms with a user-centered focus.

Aside from programming, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Simba, baking yummy Filipino goodies, building Legos, interior designing for friends (on a budget), and bingeing episodes of Schitt's Creek.
